💖Hello! I'm Hoshino Rin, a freelance artist & Live2D rigger specializing in VTuber character design, model rigging, and stream assets. With a passion for bringing characters to life, I create expressive and dynamic Live2D models, as well as detailed illustrations for streamers and creators. Also, I have experience with design and video editing.

Commissions Workflow:

+ I'll need a 50% deposit of the total price before I start working on the commission. (I only receive Paypal)
+ Live2D Art: rough sketch - color & line - rendering - finished
+ Live2D Rigging: expression buttons - face - body - physics- animation - finished
+ You will need to pay the remaining 50% of the total price before I deliver all the files to you.
+ The estimated completion time for Live2D art is 2-7 business day and for Live2D rigging is 3 - 10 business day.

General Terms
- I reserve the right to decline any commission application or request that I’m unable to take on.
- I accept commissions through a Google Form, which opens every month. A slot is reserved only after details are confirmed and I accept the commission.
- You can leave the queue or waiting list at any time, but please let me know if you plan to return later or if you've decided not to proceed with the commission.
- Please provide clear and detailed reference sheets or images to ensure the project progresses effectively. I cannot move forward with my assumptions.
- I reserve the right to cancel or discontinue a commission if a problem occurs that makes me uncomfortable. In such cases, I may offer a full or partial refund depending on the progress made.
- Feel free to check my Live2D commissions page for details on the commission workflow and estimated completion times.Payments
- You will need to make a 50% payment upfront before we begin work on the project, with the other 50% to be paid after the project is completed. Once the other 50% is paid, I will send all the files.
- Please remember that prices may vary based on specific details such as oufit, hairstyle, arm poses, etc.
- I only accept payments through PayPal. For local payments, please DM me.
- There are no refunds or chargebacks for completed or in-progress commissions.Revisions
- You are welcome to request unlimited minor revisions during the progress of your Live2D commissions. However, if revisions involve redoing completed work, additional charges may apply. Please remember that more revisions may require additional time to complete. After delivery, I also provide one month of complimentary minor revisions.
- For major revisions, please feel free to discuss your requests with me. Additional charges will apply based on the complexity of the revisions.
- You can reach out to me anytime if the rigger artist needs me to fix layers, add layers, or has any questions regarding the .psd file.Privacy Policy
- By not selecting the privacy option, you allow me to share progress and WIP updates on platforms like Twitter, YouTube, or during streams while I work on your commission.
- I reserve the right to use the model I create for you and upload it to my Twitter, YouTube, and my portfolio website.
- I will not share your commission files with anyone without your permission.
- Please credit me as your live2d artist/rigger on any platform you use for content or streaming.
